Ritz Residence, Imago Mall Loft B in Kota Kinabalu provides adults-only accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a spa and wellness centre and a fitness centre. The apartment has parking on-site, a sauna and luggage storage space. The room are unexpectedly clean and was a 11/10. Had a great stay over the weekend with my friends. Both room booked and it's in clean condition. Toilet is superb with both equipped shower and bathtub. The designs are unique and the staff are quite accommodating and friendly. It's worth it's value for such a short stay over at Ritz. Never a disappointing stay.

Free WiFi is accessible from the villas. This place is paradise. Heaps of helpful staff. Great food. Reef just off the beach. Lovely swimming pool.

The property is situated 10 km from North Borneo Railway, 13 km from Likas City Mosque and 2.7 km from St. Michael Church Penampang. The property is non-smoking and is set 6.8 km from Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village. I have been travelling for 3 years and this place was exceptional and probably the nicest place I’ve stayed. The rooms and whole place is beautifully decorated and the hotel sits amongst a spa. They also have a restaurant attached. The place is family run and you could really tell how much thought and effort everyone put into making the place what it is! Everything is perfect. Although it is located a bit further out the city don’t let it put you off because you feel like you are in paradise inside. I got a massage done, which included a sit down with the doctor to tailor the massage to my health and wellbeing :) Staff are amazing and really kind too. A big thank you to all the staff for making it an amazing stay and especially to Fara for all your help :)

We loved everything especially the pool which was beautiful and clean nice and big and a perfect for the hot weather. Dining including breakfast was excellent and very well priced. Beds were large and comfortable there was plenty of space in the rooms and bathrooms.

The Magellan Sutera Resort is large property popular with families, groups, and couples. Staff were professional and very helpful. The rooms (ours was sea view, king) are spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and very popular with children, and there is a small beach to access the sea. There are several restaurants to choose from with very good food options. The breakfast buffet (included) was tasty, varied and plentiful. The view from the open-air breakfast area was truly tropical.

Set 7 km from Kota Kinabalu, it features free WiFi throughout and free parking is provided. The staff is amazing - nothing was too much trouble and they were all really friendly. Special mention to chef Oliver, Connie, Jumiati and the rest of the staff in Café Tatu; Norman and the staff in the Horizon Lounge (top, top breakfast). It seems a little unfair to pick those out as every single staff member we encountered was exemplary at every level but we had the most interaction with them. Very well done to everyone. We will definitely be back!!

The harbor right next to the house. Shopping center a few hundred meters away.
