Their Manager Milan, and other hotel staff very extremely polite, helpful and efficient in their work. Food is undoubtedly a delight here. You can try many cuisine but their indian and japanese snacks item very perhaps perfect. Safari point where the inner forest safari starts is at a walking distance from the hotel. Pick and drop facility along with any activities required is all well managed by the hotel staff. Milan was extremely helpful to us in booking our activities and was a hassle free experience. Their garden is also nice to have a stroll down the park. I would recommend poeple not to think even twice for booking this hotel in Sauraha.

Staff, location, spa, restoraunt, atmosphere all were super! They helped us with different tours such as Taru village tour, elephant safari tour, arranged a cultural show night though we were only guests (as it was off season) thanks for everyone from the staff. Room facilities and everything is in high condition.

One of the BEST resort I’ve ever stayed in. We were going to give our friend a surprise birthday celebration. Sapana prepared a lovely cake for her, which made all of us extremely touched and happy. Also, having breakfast at the sunlight was an amazing experience, especially surrounded by the local pets Benny, Romey, and two cats.

The accommodation offers a spa centre. A Perfect Nature Retreat! I had an amazing stay at River Bank Jungle Resort. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a highlight of my visit. The rooms were clean, and cozy, and offered a peaceful connection to nature. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for great hospitality, delicious food, and a serene escape! 10/10!

There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. I didn‘t know what it means living together in a community but now I know it. I experienced the jungle safari with the jeep and an amazing, english speaking guide, doing some bicycling with the cycles of community members enjoying the sunset at the agriculture, meeting students on the way to school, doing some fishing and collecting snails in the river, eating local food and dancing with the women group. I also enjoyed drinking the clean and refreshing water and taking a shower at the chwadi while talking to the community. The friendly and helpful staff is preparing delicious food by using regional and fresh products.
