From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. The room was comfortable, modern, and spotless — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection of both local and international options, all beautifully presented and delicious. The location is also very convenient, close to the airport and with easy access to various attractions around Muscat. I would definitely stay here again. This was the FIRST TIME I have to give a perfect score to any hotel anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered and treated as VVIPs. welcome drinks and valet parking. Our room had been decorated to accommodate our anniversary. The guest relations lady, Ahlam, went on my instagram, downloaded, printed and cut out photos, and arranged them with flowers on our bed. We were upgraded for free to a suite, we had complimentary cakes and fruit. We had complimentary drinks and snacks by the huge empty pool. Our dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Hell, Everything was exceptional, but the staff just made it magic.

Other facilities in the property include a ballroom and six meeting rooms with the latest audio-visual equipment. For sports and recreation, guests can make use of the fitness center that is open 24 hours a day and the tennis court. Additionally, spa amenities consist of 10 treatment rooms and a beauty salon. Everything was perfect.. I contacted the stuff before arriving and told them I'm coming for my wife's birthday.. When I entered the room I found balloons all around the room..and a happy birthday sticker was on the bad. As well small cake was already in the table. Perfect 😍
