The cleanliness was amazing and the bed was excellent. The hotel reception staff was so helpful, especially Miss Seray, the duty manager was exceptionally helpful and hospitable. Nestled between mountains and sea, Jumeirah Muscat Bay offers true tranquility and a great sense of escaping the everyday. It is big, yet small in a way it feels homey. You can get to know everyone in a short time. It is also brand new and very well maintained. It is also very family oriented which is a big plus for us since it is the first time we take our 2 yrs boy for a leisure trip ! Loved the kids club, nanny svcs, and the family pool.
