The staff was very friendly, and all non-hotel related issues (contacting day trip providers for missing information or giving first aid to an unfortunate jellyfish sting) were handled by the staff with ease.

Free drinks and food bites across the day, with incredibly tasty lunch and dinners with live music. For my wife's birthday, they prepared a romantic dinner with a 5 course meal and music that was an incredible experience for us! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Palawan for their vacation!

Clean room, very comfortable bed, very comfortable pillows; good pool and its location. We have rented a Villa. it was absolutely beautifully decorated with traditional wooden elements. High ceiling. Great staff. They have brought all our luggage of course that would be difficult for us walking on the stairs so much. We could park our car on the hill near our room.
