She greeted us with wine, bread and prosciutto. She also did a wine tasting for us at her family's vinyard next door before we left. Delicious. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is so peaceful and beautiful. My husband says it felt like a place you could stay for a month and write a novel. Wish we had more time booked there. Maybe in the future.

Safir Hotel Casino is a newly built complex at the Slovenian-Italian border, about 2 km from the centre of Sežana and close to a variety of attractions. Very nice, room is big, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent.
