The staff is very attentive and friendly. They answered all of our questions even before we got to the hotel. Breakfast has good amount of selection. The rooms are very clean and new. It is in walking distance to Newborn. I would 100% stay in this hotel if I come back to Pristina again.

All staff were great . Check in and check out staff were perfect. They took care about everything. They made a free upgrade. Breakfast staff were also so kind and nice. They served perfect. Room was so good and clean.
