A very cute and cozy hotel! There is a magnificent view of the lake from the park near the hotel! The staff is very hospitable and welcoming! The room is large and the TV is simply huge! We really enjoyed our stay! *Just need to take into account the city tax - it's quite high /but it's not the hotel's fault/.

Overlooking Neuchatel's rooftops or Lake Neuchatel, Hotel Alpes & Lac is opposite the main train station. It offers comfortable rooms and free Wi-Fi.

Breathtaking view! I stayed in Annex. The room was comfortable and had all the required stuff to make the stay comfortable. The view from the room was breathtakingly beautiful. One can see the mountains, the lake, and the houses below. It was picture-perfect. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location is great with easy access to train and bus from the hotel.

Hôtel des Arts is conveniently located just 200 metres from the lake, near the centre of Neuchâtel and the funicular railway which will take you to the train station in 3 minutes.

Situated in the middle of nature but very well accessible by car, boat or bike. A perfect getaway! Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, silent during the night. Bird life center right next to it. Dinner was excepionally good as well, would defenitely recommend it!

The tourist visit card was a great advantage as it allowed us to use the public transport for free as well as to visit many cultural places. The staff was very friendly and the room spacious and nice.

The most beautiful property in a small traditional Swiss village. The hotel is in excellent condition with some charming pieces of furniture. The breakfast consisted of local produce and the coffee was great. There is a beautiful terrace to sit on, which is perfect for a warm summer evening. We arrived on the bicycles and were able to secure them safely and take a shower straight away before walking down into the town for some dinner.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Neuchâtel, directly on the banks of Lake Neuchâtel, and offers views of the harbour. The hotel is only a 2-minute walk from the historical centre.

This is the new definition of a luxury boutique hotel for me. The hosts are just incredible, you can tell that this is their passion. Ultra welcoming, very helpful and they go the extra mile! The rooms are fantastic, very spacious and modern. The whole hotel is very clean, and new. I can't wait to come back!
