Easy access to Madrisa ski area. Super comfortable room with wonderful view of the Alps. Staff was super friendly. They provided a transportation pass and stored our luggage before our check-in. We also got a discount at the ski gear rental place for staying at this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was very good, and the hospitality was outstanding. What we appreciated the most was that we could stay the whole day on Sunday, which allowed us to go skiing without any stress. That flexibility made our trip even more enjoyable.

The staff at Bad Serneus was exceptional. Such kind people and really helpful! The Rooms were also nice and had everything we needed! It‘s super close to a bus station, that will take you into klosters town or if you go by car, klosters is only a 12 min deive away. I can only recomment this hotel!

Modern and well-decorated hotel. The bus station is right in front, therefore it's very easy to come by public transportation. I had the chance to get my room straight when I've arrived and before the usual check-in time: it has allowed me to work remotely without any stress, so thanks a lot, this has been highly appreciated. The view on the snowy mountain is really beautiful. The breakfast is also excellent with a lot of choices. Last but not least, the barman and the ladies at the reception were absolutely amazing.

We were surprised to get a free room upgrade. Amazing location (close to train station) and room, comfortable and large bed. Breakfast was excellent and even had the option to prepare freshly squeezed fruit juice.

    The breakfast was very nice including fresh fruit salad and delicious scrambled egg. Gluten free rolls were prepared for me each morning . The staff couldn't do enough for you. The location was perfect.
