Absolutely fantastic stay at this charming hotel!The location couldn’t be better—just 5mins walk way from the gondola,making it incredibly convenient for hitting the slopes every morning. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious fresh bread, local cheeses, and homemade jams—a perfect start to the day. What truly stood out was the warm and efficient service. Though the team is small, they were exceptionally attentive and made me feel right at home. Their genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located ski retreat!Especially thanks to Elaine.^•^

It was such a cozy and warm hotel. Good selection for breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The sauna was nice. The rooms were very big, clean, and had a great view. Location is perfect. 5 minute or less walk from the center. I didn’t even take a taxi anymore because it was so near. Everything was perfect and if I go to Zermatt again I will stay here.

Sweet little spot near the village, AMAAAZINGGG view of the Matterhorn on a private balcony! Rooms were super clean, free self service coffee/tea machine 24/7! Free watee flasks to use for your stay! Breakfast was basic but good enough.

I would 100% stay here again. Travelling from Canada so making our money stretch was important. Great value, super clean and spacious rooms! It's right beside the Gornergrat tram and the bus stop (free) to the other lifts is just outside and a quick 5 min ride. They're close to Bayard where we rented and got 10% off with them. Having a hotel right by the train station was super convenient and Zermatt is such a small town so very easy to explore. Sauna (by reservation, just ask front desk) at the end of a ski day was a nice bonus. Good variety for breakfast.

We love the balcony view and I take an amazing video of Matterhorn in the early morning standing in our balcony. The moment I saw the sunrise gradually on the Matterhorn, I thought the trip couldn't be worth more. Breakfast was also very good and the view from the window was amazing!

    The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was good. The location was nice, a little off from the city center but not to far to be a problem. We loved the room. it was spacious with a table and a small kitchen. The bathroom was big and clean. The river that ran close by was excellent as a white noise for a pleasant night sleep.

    Location was excellent and the environment was very nice. We were greeted by a Portuguese lady who made us feel welcome right from the get-go. We got an upgrade when we got to the hotel and stayed in a family room instead of the budget room we had booked, the room was amazing with a wonderful view to the mountains. We were sad we couldn’t enjoy more the hotel and the facilities like the pool. Breakfast was amazing with so much variety! We definitely want to go back!
