The place was very clean, very tastefully decorated and designed and the staff were super nice! There was self-made breakfast with a few things to chose from and a jacuzzi and a pool! The terrace was a wonderful place to wind down from the city and cool down in the pool!

It was a great stay at the hotel! The room is very pretty and the decoration is different and interesting. The location is perfect because it is close to the metro statition and to many restraunts and bars. It is easy to get from the airport too and to all touristic sites. The staff was outstanding, being polite, and gentle. They have helped us with everything we needed and even with an issue that we had with our luggage (and we are very greatful). I totally recomend the hotel. The bed is huge and very comfortable, I slept very well. The bathroom is comfortable as well. Unique experience.

The two young men that looked after reception are exceptional and all the other staff also very good from cleaning staff through to the people working in the kitchen Obviously the owner runs a very good business but has installed into his staff a very professional but friendly way of working Seriously if you are looking for a place to stay this hotel is very underrated in my opinion well worth 9 star due to the friendly welcome you get Thank you and if I get back to Santiago i will stay with you again
