This hotel is a Chinese local one. Therefore, breakfast is generally local breakfast composed of noodles, fried vegetables and eggs. As a foreigner, that was all right with me. the location is very close to the conference and exhibition hall. Even though the reception staff didn't know English, we managed to communicate with mutual efforts. room is fine. over all it was a nice stay.

Excellent service at a great price. The hotel is located in the most charming part of the city. I stayed for 2 months, and even though January and February are not the best times to visit Qingdao, the service provided by the hotel certainly didn’t leave me wanting for anything.     Really great location in the old town of Qingdao. The staff were so lovely and had a good level of English so could give us recommendations and answer any questions we had. They gave us a map recommending restaurants offering local food as well as places to get drinks. We only stayed three nights and wish we’d stayed longer. We stayed in a private room so can’t speak for the dorms but the room was lovely and definitely didn’t feel like other private rooms we’ve stayed at in hostels
