The location was amazing! Walking distance from the city centre! The flat itself was good size, clean, and quiet. The owner was great and helpful as well.

It has not the best location but it is still in walking distance from the center. It has large room with comfy table to work on it, large bath with hot tub, everything looks great for the hotel in small city. Nice breakfast. Great value for the money!

Our stay here was wonderful – great location, quiet yet not far from the train and bus, excellent shower, lovely breakfast, and incredibly friendly staff. On our last day, since we had to leave early, we received a thoughtfully prepared packed lunch as a substitute for breakfast. Many thanks! We would love to come back :-)

The hotel was situated at a quiet place in Zlin. The hotel was especially for children, parents with children or families with children, but that didn't bother us and we knew that when we booked at this hotel. Location was not far from Zlin centre. There was a nice terace for warm summer evenings and finally breakfast was good

The location is excellent, right near the river, making it easy to enjoy walks and explore the surroundings. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide selection of fresh and tasty options. It's located near the Malenovice hrad and the bus stop is really nearby. The room feels nostalgic by itself, It is actually quite nice and the family are really nice people.

I was incredibly impressed during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by smiling and friendly staff who immediately created an atmosphere of hospitality and comfort. The dishes were incredibly delicious, and each meal was a true gastronomic delight.
