Amazing stay! Room large and stylish, with a view directly on the canal. Self-checkin worked without issues. The hotel lounge with a honesty bar was very comfortable and pleasant. I was surprised by the appearance of the room and en-suite loo and shower space which I would describe as 'state of the art'. Clearly there has been a recent refurb and the management has quite rightly invested in the most important element of the hotel for guests - the bedrooms. Well done!

Wonderful apartment in the heart of the centre of Auxerre old town . Ground floor apartment with modern facilities and 2 bedrooms with full kitchen and clothes washing machine. The upper floors of the building above are part of the historic tourist walking trail and we often had tourists taking photos that we enjoyed. we felt privileged to stay in such a historic building

Superb in every way! The apartment is exquisitely decorated - very thoughtful touches. It felt like a home, not a rental apartment. The kitchen was very well appointed. Lovely plates, glasses, etc, lots of condiments - absolutely everything one would want. Cedric the host was extremely helpful and kind. He met us outside the apartment and even carried our luggage up to the apartment. He gave us many recommendations and was very responsive to our additional enquiries. The view of the river from the apartment was beautiful. Very central location yet quiet. I can't recommend this place enough. It was a highlight of our time in Auxerre.

This is a really good and quirky hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. The lace and art in the room we had was unusual and made it different from the normal hum drum hotel rooms that you get in modern corporate hotels. The life size models of animals in the court yards were also fun. We had dinner on the evening which was excellent as was breakfast the following morning.
