Would give it 9.5 as nothing is perfect, but Booking.com doesn't allow that, hence a 10. It is nothing fancy, but it doesn't need to be. The room was proper, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good arrange of choices. Value for money this is probably one of the better accommodations we have stayed at. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

Good sized room, all the staff I met were lovely. Comfortable bed, Good sized free car park.
