Staff great very friendly upon arrival and check in, helpful, and took the time to make us welcome Location great, loved the deck off the room to the lake very relaxing and an added bonus, the room was larger than normal, room to move around. Chef was exceptional, so friendly, and took time to chat with us . Meals were superb, and breakfast was a great bonus, and so yummy Was fun to use Alexia, I had not used it before.. I would definitely recommend this to all

The staff were genuinely friendly & helpful. The room was warm & comfortable. The breakfast was amazing; great selection . good quality & expertly cooked.

Liked the hotel building history and communication with the hotel. Hotel was very comfortable with a very good Sunday lunch. Staff were friendly and interested. Ambience was very good. It's location to our family's home in The Paddocks, Bulkington, was perfect and walkable. So a perfect weekend with Nov 5th w/e fireworks too.
