Mike was so helpful, we arrived really late and he left the key for us so we could make ourselves at home. We had a beautiful room with a 4 poster bed, really lovely and comfy. Breakfast so really good too.

This modern hotel is just off junction 15 of the M40 motorway, 2 miles from Warwick town centre.

Amazing family run B&B with warm hospitality, spacious rooms and a lovely hot breakfast. Perfect location for Leamington or Warwick and plenty of parking behind the B&B. Highly recommend for a visit to Warwick or a work trip.

Nice clean room. Quiet place, of course it is near the motorway, so still some noise, but it is much less than expected.

Around 10 minutes’ walk from Warwick Castle, Park House Guest House offers comfortable accommodation opposite St Nicholas Park.

Quiet, well priced room in a great location. Continental breakfast was lovely as are the staff. I got a double room to myself which was great as the room would be compact enough for 2 people. The pressure of the shower was super though the showering area is small enough. I would definitely stay again if I'm visiting for a night or two.
