The location is fab for exploring the local area It’s decorated to a high standard - and very clean. The rooms have character and the bed was very comfy. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the food absolutely delicious! We were able to park out the back but there is a public carpark directly opposite the back of the pub We stayed on a Monday night so relatively quiet and we slept really well. Other reviews have commented about the green light in the room overnight - whilst bright it did not disturb our sleep. Would definitely stay again - such a fab place! Thank you!

We loved the location - very quiet but at the same time close to the town centre and to the park. The room was perfect, cozy and comfortable. The owners were also very nice and helpful, we loved that we could leave our bags before the check-in and go explore the town. It was also nice to have yummy breakfast.

I arrived at 6 ish and the reception at night shift staff was amazing, they was sooo friendly and respectful. The hotle was clean and nice. And thank you miss trincy (if I spelling your name right) you was a perfect customer service, hope to see you again 🙏😊

Staff were amazing, lady working there (sorry I didn’t get her name) even offered to drive us to the church, for the wedding we were there for, as I was wearing a new pair of shoes. Breakfast especially the fruit salad was also.better than most places we have stayed. Very handy for shops and bars and also a stroll by the river.

In Leamington Spa’s town centre, this elegant hotel has historic architecture, free Wi-Fi and free parking. The rail station is close by.
