Amazing staff and manager, very nice rooms, good prices, amazing restaurant and all clean. They help you for everythings like laundry, taxy excursions etc etc

Fabulous atmosphere in this art deco style Maharajah’s house at Mt Abu.

The staff where polite, helpful and extremely accomodating. We arrived at 6:30am via overnight train, madam at reception noticed the kids were exhausted and immediately offered a spare room whilst our room was yet to be vacated and cleaned. This made all the difference to us as the kids got some needed sleep, the staff continued to be helpful throughput our stay. Room and bathroom was cleen, bathroom had bath and a shower, room has kettle, lcd TV and a mini fridge. Had full body massage for 4 which was great, they also have swimming pool in basement. I would recommend the hotel.

Special mention to singh for their exceptional service and quick response to any requests. The team truly made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our visit. 2. Accommodation: The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and well-maintained. I stayed in a deluxe room and it exceeded my expectations with its comfort and modern amenities. The beds were cozy, and the decor added to the relaxing ambiance. 3. Dining Experience: The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious and freshly prepared. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of options, including traditional Indian dishes like aloo paratha, poha, and upma. The service during meals was prompt and efficient, making the dining experience enjoyable. 4. Location and Ambiance: The property is beautifully located amidst greenery, providing a serene and peaceful environment. The garden area and terrace were perfect for unwinding and enjoying the fresh air. It’s an ideal place for nature lovers looking for tranquility. 5. Overall Experience: From the warm hospitality to the excellent facilities, every aspect of my stay was remarkable. I highly recommend Eminence - Palm Residency to anyone visiting Mount Abu, whether for a relaxing getaway or a family trip. I am already looking forward to my next visit!
