Booking.com cancelled our booking because my nz card was blocked in india for security reasons, i didnt realise, we arrived late because our plane was delayed about 1:30 am, there wasnt a room available but they totally had our backs and arranged for us a room in a neighbouring more expensive hotel for the same price we had been offered at stay court, they were so good to us under the circumstances, we were really taken care of well above and beyond any standard we could have expected. I cant say enough good things about them, you cant go wrong with these people, they will take care of you well and the hotel rooms and facilities are to a really high standard.
