Top location, perfectly meeting my requirement. Friendly and responsive staff, always ready to help. Not sure about the wifi because I went out to attend a function. They let me check in at 7am which is really awesome. I had to make a few calls to the staff prior to my arrival so that they can facilitate this request. The size of the room was very satisfactory. Over all value for money.

I had a pleasant stay at Ketan Hotel thanks to Mr. Vaibhav. He literally saved me from getting stuck at the airport and made sure I have everything I need during my stay. The hotel itself is super nice, clean, cosy and warm. The room was spacious, bright, great view, sparkling clean, has all the items you will need for your stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast they have there in their beautiful backyard. The location is great and the area is one of the best in Pune. Very grateful for Mr. Vaibhav for all his help and kindness!

The staff is the highlight of this hotel. My parents stayed here 10 years ago and based on that feedback we booked the place again and it has not changed one bit. They are as friendly and caring as before. They were extremely helpful to my aged parent's needs. The dinner at night was really delicious. The location is bang in the centre yet the property is surrounded by greenery and is not on the main road so no major noise.
