They have very good customer care and they look at you as a family and not like a customer, Kuldeep the owner is incredible, he arrange everything for you and make everything easy and safe. He got good network and connection, his boys was also very good , harsheet a helper was very good and helpful. When we left the property , after 3 days we get very emotional, finally, Kuldeep father and mother are very simple and humble, they approach you , talk to you and offer you tea with them. Very good family, this is very important, when you left your home to go somewhere, when you got this type of treatment , we did not miss home.

Very nice heritage hotel in the old town, very good location - very close to Kumbh Mela site, roof terraces with beautiful view over the Ganges and the Kumbh Mela site, spacious nice rooms, delicious indian food, very friendly and superhelpful owner and personal, we definetely come back!

Actually the hotel was very very good but as it was not yet inaugurated till my date of stay so some facilities which is always available in other hotels were available only after calling.

I recently stayed at the t Hotel andhis had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect-close to local attractions and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers! Also, owner is very honest, we by mistake left some money in the room, they searched for us and gave us back. Thanks for that
