a great stopover before or after a flight. with the restaurant close by it’s surely a plus. food at the restaurant was delicious and probably the best we had in Iceland. we even got a great room with sea view that made waking up in the morning much easier.

The family-run Hotel Keilir is within 5 minutes’ drive of Keflavík International Airport. It offers a shuttle service to the airport, plus free Wi-Fi and parking. All rooms have a balcony.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The room had a beautiful view, was very clean and the bed were very comfortable. The hotel is well located and within 15 minutes of the airport. It is perfect for a stop over but would be comfortable for a longer stay too.

I was only there for the night, but was really impressed with the staff and the facilities.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was very good, and the location is great – close to the Blue Lagoon and the airport. Our room had a coffee machine, and we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary prosecco and fruit on arrival. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have a bar at the hotel as well.
