The staff at the hotel were amazing and super helpful. Nice pool, nice drinks, nice rooms and great breakfast. Walking from the hotel to the city center took around 15 minutes.

All good. Excellent place to stay with a car as lots of parking spaces at the front. Rooms were nice, great view. Breakfast coupons for the cafe down the road was a nice touch. Would stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying at Bellavista. It's a 3 minute walk from the Menaggio ferry terminal and close to the bus station that took us to Lugano train station. The car/walk on ferry, the passenger ferry and the fast ferry/hovercraft all left from the Menaggio Terminal. While the hotel was a little old in some areas, i.e. the hallways, our room was renovated very clean and had everything we needed. Whilst the bathroom was a little dated it was very big and clean and we couldn't complain. The biggest surprise was the incredible lake front location and views from our balcony. What a treat it was to see the super moon rising above the lake! Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast whilst a small selection compared to other buffets it more than satisfied us with pastries, bacon, eggs, fruit, cheese, juice, tea and coffee etc. Menaggio is a lovely little town which is less busy than Verenna and Bellagio which was very much appreciated. There are lovely restaurants & some shops about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. You will not regret staying here given the location for the price compared to other lake front hotels.
