Beautiful, modern, clean apartment with delicious fresh breakfast every morning. The location is perfect, walking distance to the restaurants and the beach. Also, the supermarket is around the corner. The car parking is just in front of the building in a quiet, safe area. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Very nice place to stay in Villasimius! Located 5 min away from the bus station, 2-3 min away from restaurants and car rent agencies. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are also nice (even the corridor window did not cause any problems)

Great location, easy parking in front of the building. A very nice small boutique style book themed hotel with wonderful, always smiling staff. Cozy, new rooms, our room was on the ground floor, we had a small terrace with table and chairs. The breakfast was good, nice variety of sweet and salty. The hotel offers free bikes for the guests - we could not use it as there was no child size bike.

Our stay at Janas Hotel was perfect. The location is very good on a quiet side street. Our room on the roof was lovely, amazing views of the hills and best of all, extremely peaceful. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. We rented bicycles for the duration of our stay and were happy to find that we could use the underground carpark to store them safely overnight.

What a gorgeous small hotel. Everything you need with a great bed and shower. Lovely terrace overlooking a little park and a pretty breakfast area. Barbara was so welcoming and helpful and her beach suggestions were the best. 2 that weren't on any of the Internet searches but fantastic. Fab selection at breakfast. Can't think of anything to fault actually!

    While the hotel doesn't offer parking, there's a free municipal lot just 350 meters away, which is convenient. The location is perfect, only a few minutes by car from the beaches and a short walk from the city center, surrounded by numerous restaurants and stores. Despite its central location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful stay. Simona, our host, provided a warm welcome. The breakfast was good, better than what I've had at other hotels in Sardegna.

    The hotel is in an excellent location - 10 minutes walk to Simius beach and the city center. Friendly staff - we were given the opportunity to choose a room and were given a beach umbrella for the duration of our stay. There is an excellent deep pool and green area. The room has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a large balcony with a great view.

    Great welcome from multi-lingual host who even provided a couple of complimentary cold beers which were much appreciated after a long drive. The economy room I had booked turned out to be a decent size suite with a private terrace. Everything was new and good quality. A lovely hotel in a great location.
