Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The meals are convenient. Dining room staff super friendly and helpful. This is the second occasion when rooms were sold out on my desired dates, and both times I was notified of a cancellation that allowed me to stay the desired dates. Always enjoy the relaxing ofuro bath.
