Amazing experience! Very comfortable and quiet accommodation, we got the best sleep here in our entire 2 months in Japan! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the managers speak fluent English. Excellent dinner and breakfast delivered to your room! We had a comfortable Tatami dining area to eat at. There's also a fridge, kettle and microwave. Free washing machine/dryer on the premises. Free tea, coffee and a welcome drinks provided. There's also a nice private outside area to eat and drink. The location was great as we were surrounded by beautiful nature but a short drive from shops, restaurants and close to tourist spots like Unzen and Obama hot springs! Wish we could have stayed longer!

The location was perfect for my needs. My check in was smooth and the hotel was as I expected. In some of this type of hotels there are some restrictions on leaving your room but this one was perfect for my needs.

Convenient hotel, within walking distance from the station. We arrived by car (convenient parking) but we could go back and forth to visit Nagasaki by train. The room was spacious and convenient.

The hotel had every amenity you could possibly need and was in an immaculate condition. The room was very clean and tidy. Came with a leg / foot massager which was perfect after my day of hiking. Location was very convenient, right next to the train station, bus terminal and plenty of shops.
