I am a total Dormy Inn convert. The staff were very efficient and helpful. And the Onsen was the best. All the extras (like icecreams after the Onsen, free laundry, noodles in the late evening) were just so great. The location was excellent (a few minutes walk to the station).

Great location, easy to find, they gave us a free upgrade because they had empty rooms. Very clean, enjoyed the stay even though it was just one night. Parking was free (was charged 1000yen that I thought was the deposit but didn't receive it back). Used their coin laundry service which was easy to use. Overall a nice experience.

    I needed a place to sleep before heading into the mountains. It's close to the train station, close to several bus lines and nearby lots of restaurants. Nothing fancy but exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. Service was super attentive, the room was comfortable and very clean.
