This truly is a special place, far exceeding our expectations. It's not just a hotel but a destination, a cultural gem. The historical Great Hall and the Japanese garden are beautiful. In the evening you can sit on the edge of the Great Hall looking out on to the beautifully lit garden that surrounds a small lake. And the hotel provide you with sake and other drinks at no charge to aid a truly memorable experience. Our room was large, spacious, comfortable and clean, with a fabulous view over the garden. Breakfast was traditional Japanese, and of the highest quality. All the staff were courteous, and very helpful. There is an excellent museum right next door to the hotel to which entry is free to hotel guests. So don't miss it or the tour around the historical parts of the hotel. This is probably the most glowing review I have ever given on Booking.com, but it absolutely deserves it.

The hotel was conveniently located across the road from the railway station and many eating options in the nearby streets. This new hotel had excellent facilities, including public bathing and a very reasonably priced restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The hotel staff were excellent. They were friendly and hospitable, and conveniently for us, spoke English, so were able to help and direct us to a canal tour. Our room was well appointed, very clean and modern.

Nice staffs and clean room. Have bath in the toilet. Good location in Yanagawa. Close to the Nishitetsu stop. Restaurants nearby. Very convenient!

Arrived by car, so cannot say much about the location, but there is private, free parking and a grocery store is nearby. The check-in and check-out were very easy. The bungalow is amazing. Great furniture, very clean, and includes a full kitchen. Washing machine and dryer are also available. The toilet plays classical music. The bed was the most comfortable bed that we slept in while in Japan. A bit pricey, but absolutely amazing. Wish we had stayed longer.

Hotel has quite large public bath tub. Also buffet type Japanese breakfast was gorgeous with many different type of “okazu” that matches with white rice.

Nice service! And the room is spacious, even the facilities is not new but not affect the experience of living. By the way, the hall is really grand. The staff included who master in English ,so if you do not have to worry about communication. If you want to go go Tosu Outlet, this hotel is worthy to consider. Driving here from the outlet only take about 20 minutes.

Hotel located adjacent to Saga station with many shops and restaurants options. Hotel double storey parking is also adjacent so there is minimal walking with luggage. Check-in process was easy via touch-screen counter. Room is clean and well arranged. Spacious enough to fit 2 additional chairs and a small table. Bed is tall enough to stow luggage underneath. Eco-friendly refillable shampoo and soap pump-bottles instead of single use bottles. Wifi is fast and stable. There are 4 laundry and dryers located in the airy lobby area instead of some little room. Included buffet breakfast has hot cooked food. Overall a very well organised and located hotel. Would definitely stay again if visiting Saga.
