Excellent hotel that offers everything a travelling needs and at a great price. Our whole stay was made wonderful by this hotel’s staff who even exceeded the excellent Japanese standards of service. The location is very convenient and located right next to Shin Takaoka station. I was planning to visit the World Heritage Villages (Shirakawago, Ainokura and Suganuma ) and having the bus stop right next to the hotel was very convenient to plan a day trip. I haven’t tried the hotel dining services but there’re plenty of options in the nearby AEON mall which is a few minutes walk from the property. The rooms were spotless and tidy and I did not find any issue with any of their facilities. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly to accommodate my requests and I sincerely appreciate their kindness and professionalism. If I have to come back again to this region, I would definitively stay at this place.
