I booked last minute during a particularly busy time, so even though the hotel was a bit far from Nara, especially traveling with luggage on public transport, I was happy to get it. The room was nice and the hotel's location, close to the train station and a shopping area full of food options made it very convenient.

Such an amazing stay, we had a car so it was much easier. Everything about the venue and set up and the amazing restaurant and supermarket next door with tons of beautiful local craft and produce unique to the prefecture

Breakfast was including in our meal the food was amazing, had most things and so fresh! We loved all the facilities onsens, indoor pools and communal facilities. Would recommend it to anyone with children/families wanting to stay somewhere with pools and onsens. The staff at the facility were great and hopeful when ever we had any enquires.

It was one of the best hostels that I was. The localisation is really good and near the JR station. The room was perfect, and the installation too, clean and Hilo and Kaede were very nice and polite! If I come back I will stay there!

Spacious studio size (comparing to standard Japanese hotel room size), very clean, modern and complete with necessary amenities. Quite neighbourhood. 2 mins walking from Nara Station. Few convenient stores close by. Unmanned facility but their staff are very responsive, easy guides from email. Overall this is one of the best stay in Japan.

This is an amazing property and we loved staying in a traditional Japanese townhouse, in a quiet part of town. I was travelling with my husband and 3 adult children in early April. The location is great for walking into Nara (10-15 mins). We arrived in the evening and it was lovely that our host had put the heating on for us and it was easy to retrieve the keys from the key safe. It was a bonus to find there are 2 toilets and 2 hand washing basins in the property. We all agreed that the shower is the most powerful shower we have ever come across - amazing. All the beds were large doubles and very comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and our host had left lots of extra towels for us (far more than we chose to use). We liked that the bedrooms could also be heated in the evening, if needed. I used the washing machine and the instructions in English were helpful. There were lots of hanging rails to dry clothes on. The kitchen was well equipped and had more than we needed to reheat meals from the convenience store or to make snacks. For the rest of our stay in Japan we stayed in aparthotels in family suites. I was great to have so much room to spread out in for a few days. I highly recommend this property.
