My travels in Japan confirmed total commitment by staff to their role. Grampus is ageing, but aging well. A great collection of 'natural' Onsen pools, separate for men and women. A serene view for breakfast with guests often dressed in yukata. Easy access to bus transport and short walks.

The japanese room was amazing and I loved the public bath. We walked to a lovely ramen restaurant from hôtel and had bkf from 7 eleven across the road. Staff was perfect Laundry room was a bonus
