This is not just a hotel but an establishment with interesting history. the interior design is beautiful the room was spacious and well organized with a huge TV and very good bathroom. The breakfast is very good. The service is immaculate.

Excellent room, I accidentally booked a smoking room, but the room itself was clean and didn't smell of smoke. Vending machine in the hallway was convenient. Walking distance from the station, restaurants and historical quarter.

Very nice hotel with nice equipment in the room. The receptionist Morimoto anticipated my needs with remarkable efficiency and courtesy. As a hotel manager, I am convinced that her admirable sense of service is a valuable asset to this establishment. FYI : it's not a European spa but a Japanese bath.
