The staff were lovely. The food was some of the best we've had so far in 2 weeks across Japan staying at similar priced Onsens. The baths were amazing. The tech in the Onsen uses your mobile phone for QR code access to the property, to contact staff and to see when the baths were available - it was very convenient.

Good location staff has been very helpful! Next morning planning to leave the luggage and visit more about the city was told there is no staff on site before 3pm if I want to pickup my luggage before 3pm, considering my train time okay to pickup after three pm actually went about 230pm already got staff so pick up my luggage and got train on time

    Very friendly staff, fast check in and out, fantastic location right next to train station and near shops and convenience stores. Lots of toiletries and amenities you can choose from. The room was clean and modern with a nice view to the mountains. Bathroom, toilet and shower were great and bed was comfy.
