It was clean and quite, the location is great. Shops and restaurants around in walking distance. The staff were great and gentle, especially Youness was so nice and so helpful.

I had a lovely experience at the hotel. Great location, quiet, calm and peaceful. New build hotel so everything is new, updated and facilitated to a good standard. The staff are exceptionally great. The gentleman at the reception called Anas was very welcoming and helpful. He printed out my boarding pass, arranged my transfer to the airport, directed me to money exchange and ordered food for me and delivered it to my room late at night. It is truly a 7 star service received. Special thanks to Anas for making my stay comfortable and stress free. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will always stay here when I come to Rabat.

The breakfast was nice with fresh orange juice served each day and traditional breakfast on offer too alongside continentak options.The breakfast room was nice and bright overlookingvthe street, hence it was very pleasent spot for breakfast. The room we got was really pleasent too, with french balcony and modern furniture with traditional Moroccan touches. There were a good number of channels to watch too. When it comes to the location, it was exceptional. The hotel is 2mins walk from Gare De Ville and a 20mins walk from the Hassan Tower, so we could just walk around. There is also a beautiful garden just in front of the hotel. Also, not to forget the gentalment who checked us in was very friendly and helpful and left us leave our luggage in the hotel past check out time so we could continue browsing.

Excellent customer service, welcoming nice staff and very helpful takes care of any issues at once always making sure am satisfied and upgraded my room to a bigger one with large window and street view ( thank you allaa and monai).They offer an amazing morocan breakfast i enjoyed every morning. Good dinner and breakfast and quite good live music on Friday and Saturday evenings. Music not quite as good as on previous years but that is the luck of the draw.
