Nice place with a fantastic view. Just the windows were not really clean. But it is probably difficult to wash them. Nice restaurant on the top floor. Decent breakfast.

I traveled to Myanmar many times because I love its people and culture. I have been to many hotels as well but Serene Stays has been by far my best stay, the kindness and attitude of the staff, always ready for any need, the best location, in the epicenter of the city means that you can move in any direction and reach your destination in a matter of minutes. The location is excellent. Very central and a walk away form many important places. Staff was very polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean, wifi was great and the breakfast outstanding.

This hotel exceeded expectations with its modern design and exceptional cleanliness. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The location seemed convenient based on reviews, though we didn’t get to fully explore the area as we had a car available. The standout feature was definitely the breakfast! The hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff was amazing and helpful. From airport shuttle staff,cleaning staff, reception. The room was clean and big with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. They have a restaurant that's 24/7,which was great news as we arrived late and were hungry. The food was good. We will definitely come again.
