The location is very nice, malls, pharmacy, banks, hypermarket, convinience store, places to eat, all very near and can walk. The staffs are helpful and willing to process my check in at 1am due to late flight.

The location is perfect for sightseeing, dining out, etc. The pool area is really nice and well-maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Would definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance to return to Penang.

Everything - it was perfect Gym - small but there are two gyms. Anyways, there was never anyone else when I used it so it's not a problem Pool - small but really cute and ideal to cool down in the Penang heat Breakfast - incredible, great quality and really clean facilities Room - on the smaller side but really clean, smells really lovely and feels very luxurious Staff - kind, lovely and supportive

House is beautifully Peranakan styled and comfortable. Central location, near to all the sights. Walking distance to eateries at SriBahari. There’s a big open shower (good for pet owners). Upstairs is the open floor where all the beds is to sleep 5 persons. There’s coffee,tea and salt/pepper, pasta in the cupboard. We can also buy Peranakan ladies costume, it’s for sale in the living room, just scan the QR code. I bought one to take photos around Penang.

We had lovely stay in OZO. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast. 1. All the kitchen staffs, Chef Aaron and Suman, both booked all the clients well, including us, they are very concerned to make the clients feeling comfortable. They are proud of what they do, and they were very pleased when we expressed our happiness with their work. 2. Everyone in the service team, (sorry, I only got two names, Zul and Sevajul, but I'm sure that it's not difficult for you to find out other staffs' name for the two mornings when we were there.) are all working so hard, as soon as we finished a course, they will quickly came to picking up our used plates, etc, and they were so gentle and we can tell they were trying not to disturb us. When they saw someone dropped some food on the floor, they quickly came to clean it. 3. The food is so lovely. We were born in China, but living in UK for nearly 49 years, we could find the best food suitable for both east and west. 4. The environment, the layout of the kitchen, is very logical, and we don't need to walk far away, and it gave us a kind of home feeling. 5. The interaction between the team members are very friendly. They are very kind, polite and professional, which is not a easy balance to keep, but they did it perfectly! 6. You must have a very good manager. One morning, I noticed a tall gentleman in a suite, came to talk to the service staffs, touching and moving the coffee machine. It seems he's doing some quality control of something. 7. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our room a lot. All the staffs hard work, actually representing the hotel and the country, at the end of the day, clients would just remember OZO is a lovely hotel, and Panang is a lovely city, Malaysia is a lovely country. If we come to Panang again, we would like to stay in OZO! THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO EVERYONE! Lots of love, Stephen and Monica

Very nice fancy hotel, with great location. I treated myself with a nicer hotel, on my longer travel, and this was great. Good location, and beautiful room, with a very comfortable bad. Also a nice pool, with a good view. All was great! :)

    The location is really really great that i must compliment.Downstair you can find food stalls day and night.Night time you can have lok lok,fried noodle,bbq wings,economy bee hoon,burger and etc.. The room is clean too.
