So close to everything in the mount, but also enough to be away from the busiest tourist areas. Which meant super quiet. No traffic noise but close to main road, easy to cafes, restaurants and supermarket. Once there you can ditch the car and walk or cycle to everything Very peaceful and comfortable.

Hotel Armitage and Conference Centre is located just a 3-minute walk from Tauranga city centre and 10 minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches of Mount Maunganui.

Good location for Mt Maunganui, restaurants etc and relatively peaceful had it not been for the emergency services sirens and our room being next to the lift! Good shower, Wi-Fi and breakfast. Comfortable bed. All in all a very good one night stay.

The room was clean, and recently renovated. Double glazing minimised road noise as much as possible, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will stay again!

clean. well maintained. amazing staff. clean pool. spa bath was a delight. daily room service including making beds, replenishing toiletries & cleaning the bathroom. comfy pillows. great heat pump. lots of windows for ventilation.
