Really clean, comfortable and modern hotel. Location was walking distance to everything - good restaurants, historic center etc. Also felt really safe. Really good view over the city from the rooftop breakfast area. Breakfast was just eggs, bread and juice, but very nice. Staff were really friendly. They kept our bags safe for a few hours after check out. We really appreciated the 24 hour tea/coffee station in reception!

Stella, Milagros & Carlos are the absolute best. They are the ones who made my stay special. Thank you for all your kindness and hospitality even though I was in the dorm, and not in a hotel room. Breakfast was great too.

It was a very confortable and excellent stay. Staff very friendly and helpfulness. Well located. Excellent breakfast. Definitely I will recommend it and if I return to Arequipa, I would again stay in Las Torres de Ugarte.
