Nice clean and modern room. I didn't realise that many of the natural attractions were so far away from the city. Poom was able to get me an English speaking taxi driver who took me on a full day tour for a reasonable price. Excellent service.

Everything. The customer service was excellent. Some of the staff spoke and understood english more than others but they all did what they could to help us. They arranged our taxi for the next day, ordered and delivered our dinner, carried our luggage upstairs, found tools to repair a suitcase, brought up more water, organized our (complementary) breakfasts in takeaway because we were leaving at 6:30am (motel resturant opens at 7am) The rooms are very clean and the linen smells delicious - although the smell on the pillowcase became a bit overwhelming after a few minutes of breathing it in at close proximity. Shower and toilet are very clean.

As someone from Europe this was a very pleasant surprise. The owner is a person who understands the needs of a hotel guest. He knew the best places to get (or prepare) the local food and clothes I needed for further travel and at the same time was willing to prepare me outstanding European food for a decent price if I asked for it. He and his wife are willing to help and provide any information or meal you ask for. He and his wife made the best food I ate ever, was able to provide taxi services, always up for a talk, super hygienic + laundry services and had the most comprehensive advice about the ways around Ubon. I honestly cannot praise this place enough. I will come back.

    If you look great facilities - not here. Pool was too dirty, room old. But we don't care for that as for great host that makes you feel good and welcome, solves problems, even early 06:30 breakfast before hours. Location is 2 min walk from center walking strret. And quite . For us it was great

    Several parking lots available. Location is great, in the city centre and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops. Breakfast is rather good with different selection from pan fried egg, Vietnamese style noodles, salad and toast bread.
