Personel was on point. Always a warm welcome when coming in or going out. The cleaning personnel was awesome as well. cleaning the room no matter the time you were away, respectful and very polite The facilities were wonderful, one of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed at. The breakfasts were varied and copious, and I had the pleasant surprise to learn that three dinners a week (Mon-Wed) were included. There are a lot of minor technical problems (locks, plumbing) which will be fixed in a general renovation starting end 2022, but in the meantime the staff were super - all complaints were rapidly attended to with a smile.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Hotel was easy to locate and the rooms were spacious and nice. Continental breakfast was good. Friends stayed at the Hilton and said the coffee at Springhill Suites by Marriott was better :) I also appreciated that it was a sister hotel to the Hilton across the parking lot because we had a huge wedding party and information was shared at both hotels.
