Unfortunately there is no breakfast during the week. The location is amazing. The top floor room has gorgeous views and a very narrow staircase. There are rails everywhere so there’s no worry and the iwner, Pavo, carried my bag.

This New Mexico inn is a 35-minute driver from skiing at Taos Ski Valley. Free WiFi is provided. Cable TV and an en suite bathroom are in every room at Casa Benavides Inn.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is great - just a short walk to the city center. The room was spacious and very clean. And the breakfast? Truly exceptional. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Taos.

The atmosphere the furniture and coverings were very comfortable. Hotels can feel like plastic sometimes and this place felt great!

Absolutely charming hotel. Leading the way in customer care thanks to Sheldon and Elijah. Probably the most comfortable bed I slept in during my 3 week stay in NM. With such great character it was easy to love La Fonda.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was serene and relaxing. The breakfasts was great and it was lovely to see the guests mingling over coffee. We also really enjoyed the shower sauna.

We stayed in the old part of the hotel. Reminiscent of old style wild west saloon and hotel, but with all modern conveniences. Surprisingly comfortable. Room and ensuite were small but had everything we needed. Restaurant food and service were excellent. Folk music in the evening was most enjoyable and stopped at 9pm. no noise at all from bar or restaurant after 10pm, very quiet. Hotel gave us excellent recommendation for breakfast at Farmhouse Cafe, a few miles out of town.

Not sure why the rating is so low for this place. My room was clean, as pictured and incredibly good value. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely use again in future. The check in was quick and the staff friendly and helpful 🙂. #NNML
