Room was very clean and quite comfortable. Breakfest buffet was not big but had enough variety and the food was tasty. Great location that allowed to stay in quite quiet neighbourhood but i'm walking distance from river and old town. They also offer bicycles free of charge with which you can reach beach in 10-15 minutes or get a nice ride through rice paddies. And most important- service, hotel stuff is very helpfull and polite, as we were leaving hotel very early in the morning,before the breakfest was served, they prepared boxes with some food to eat in the airport for us we got while checking-out. Price is good and hotel is worth every vnd.

everything was amazing but specially the staff, they were kind and helpful all the time. breakfast very good. location amazing, 3 minutes walking to the night market, restaurants and old town. room very spacious. swimming pool was always cold, perfect temperature for a very hot day.

staff are lovely, kind and extremely helpful. The breakfast is amazing. Rooms are big, clean and have everything you need. free bikes to get into the old town, or costs you about 1.50 in a taxi. Walk takes you about 15/20 minutes. out of the centre so really peaceful.

This hotel was very centrally located in the old quarter of Hoi An. It ended up exceeding our expectations. We chose it because of the location and the gardens. However upon arrival, found that it was an incredibly beautiful building as well. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond, in ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

The Calm House 3 Boutique hotel provides privacy and calming stay with the lovely, kind and helpful all the time host Flower. She was giving us advices for everything what we wanted to do or needed to buy in Hoi An which was making our stay easy going. In our room we had confort bed, cozy sofa, furniture to put our things on and enough space for our luggage. The Bathroom is very stylish and hot water keeps running for a long time. There are bicycles and a swimming pool available to use for free. We recommend this hotel and you will have unforgettable memories for amazing Hoi An 😍

    Great location but still quite. Hot water in shower was fabulous. Breakfast is a simple option but very nice. This is not a high end hotel with room service etc. It is a good budget hotel/homestay establishment that does what it does very well. I would certainly stay here again.
