It is an enjoyable walk through town for those who like to walk, or you can take the bus. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. There are also plenty of places to park in front of the hotel. The owners are the most gracious and generous people that we have met on our trip. The breakfast was superb! We had cherry preserves that the wife of the hotel manager prepared herself, along with other traditional Albanian breakfast dishes. In fact, we had so much food, we wondered if we would need lunch. All the food was delicious, the room spectacular and the hosts and cook were so wonderful. I can’t say enough. This was by far the best stay that we had in Albania and will come back to this place every time we visit Berat.

The breakfast was fresh and tasty, loved the fig jam. The hosts were attentive and kind. It was in a great part of Gorica, in walking distance of all the major sightseeing spots in town. We would be happy to return any time.
