Do not understand the 3 star rating at all because this is an amazing resort in an amazing location. The view from our room was the Matterhorn which was spectacular to look at everyday. Breakfast was great too. More continental though. Enough to sustain us for morning activities. The staff was absolutely pleasant and polite. Very helpful and polite. Will definitely stay here again.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. It was in a quiet area pretty close to everything. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was very nice and welcoming. Everything was impeccable. The beds were very confortable. I would come back whit out hesitation. Great place.

Property is located close to the city center with restaurants and a grocery store. The views from our balcony in the front of the hotel were fantastic. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of a small village versus a large city or town. If you want to get away from the multitude of tourists this is the place.

The indoor/outdoor pool was incredible. The mountain view was breathtaking especially early morning. The area is quite, safe and bus station and cable car to Sparrhorn right in front of the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, comfy room and delicious intercontinental breakfast.
