La Mirada del Solitario George is located in Puerto Ayora, just 4 minutes’ drive from Charles Darwin Station and next to Cazares School. Free WiFi zones are available in some areas of the hostel and tea, coffee and water is available for guests. Very clean and beautiful hostel with such sweet hosts. They spoke both English and Spanish and were very helpful about explaining things to so on the island. We ended up staying an extra night on Santa Cruz and they were able to let us keep the same room for an extra night. We were even upgraded to a better room for all nights. The kitchen was also very clean and tidy so it was a pleasure to make food there.

With an outdoor swimming pool, the 3-star bed and breakfast has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The bed and breakfast has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Wonderful place to stay and we were made to feel incredibly welcome by our great hosts who were really helpful with great information about the island and tours etc!! An easy 5 minute stroll on to the main street and an abundance of great choices to eat, drink and arrange tours. Room was spotlessly clean and the facilities and ambience were superb. How often do you get to stay in a castle on the Galapagos!? Highly recommended!!

This rustic style ecolodge is located 15 minutes’ walk from the La Estación Beach in Puerto Ayora and 200 meters from the main street. The property offers free WiFi access and provides bikes to be rented. Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. We booked tours through our accommodation last minute and it was no hassle. Really nice building with lots of atmosphere. Lovely room, had a separate sitting area which was good as we were a couple staying for a week.
