We had a great stay at La Laguna. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we suggest you book all daily tours with them, much easier and even cheaper. Rooms are big, bed comfortable, shower has a good pressure and hot water. The best part was to book the Jacuzzi on the rooftop after a long day. I would def recommend it

We booked Casita de la Playa and were THRILLED with our decision. The location, food, and service all felt high-end. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful, friendly and importantly capable. The hotel is close to both the beach and the "downtown" area where there are restaurants and convenience stores. We live on the East Coast, but visit Galapagos every year and this will be our new go-to place on Isabela Island. This is a bit random, but we left on the 6AM ferry having extended our trip as much as possible, and the hotel's "boxed snack" (in lieu of breakfast) was lovingly packed and fed us the entire day. Such a wonderful surprise. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
