Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station, Edinburgh Castle and the shops of Princes Street are within a 15-minute bus ride. It is a very nice hotel, very clean, not far from city center (easily reached by bus, 10-15 minutes). Breakfast was delicious, the owners are very friendly and nice, Kevin made us feel welcome. It was very quiet. We would definitely stay there again!

It’s a beautiful two-floor place, recently renovated, warm, and very welcoming. The beds are incredibly comfortable with ultra-soft mattresses and toppers that made our sleep perfect. The kitchen is fantastic and fully equipped, ideal for making breakfast and meals. We also loved the board games provided, a really nice touch. The internet is lightning fast (80 Gbps!) and worked flawlessly even with more than 10 devices connected, plus there’s a smart TV for relaxing in the evening. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the whole apartment feels brand new. We truly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it — excellent quality, outstanding comfort, and great value for money.
