Super staff , special huge thanks to Elio for his responsiveness, help and kindness. The location is great, the rooms are cosy, clean and quiet. We were offered a more comfortable room and more spacious than the one we had originally booked. This is a huge plus and such attention is very rare. We were very pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast, they don't write about it on Bpoking, it's like a bonus from the hotel. The hotel is great, I would love to come back again ! I’d give them 11/10 for their service. When reception found out we were heading out for a tour before breakfast was ready they packed us a bag of goodies to have in lieu of breakfast. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. All you expect of a palazzo hotel. Unique parking inside Siena as well.
