We spent some wonderful days, the house is very equipped and spacious, surrounded by nature. The owner was very kind, super friendly and helpful. To go to the seaside you have to take the car, but that's the case almost throughout Ksamil.

We booked this flat at the last minute after our previous booking turned out to be poor and did not meet our expectations. The place turned out to be an excellent base in Ksamil. A modern flat in a recently completed building. There is a brilliant swimming pool in front of the building, available to all residents. Apart from minor details, such as the kitchen not being fully equipped and a leaking tap in the bathroom, the place turned out to be a very nice location to spend two days in Ksamil.

The villa is absolutely stunning with beautiful decor. It was incredibly clean and we really appreciated that a few essentials had been left for us in the fridge. We loved the pool and whilst it wasn't the warmest, this didn't stop us using it. Whilst the walk up and down the hill is very steep we liked that we weren't in the centre as it was very noisy there, instead it was much quieter at the villa particularly on the Friday evening. Also appreciated the recommendations! Our favourite restaurants were Ostro Beach Bar & Guvat and Poda Beach Club.

Everything was outstanding at Arti's Villa. We had a very warm welcome from him and were greeted with a delicious casserole of the famous fig marmalade. We felt almost like home having all the house to us and the yard, unfortunately we traveled in the middle of a heatwave and we mostly stayed inside but we felt comfortable. Breakfast is very good, you tell Arti what you would prefer and he buys from the grocery store so you can prepare it yourself: fresh bread, vegetables, eggs, milk, etc. The villa is in a quiet place surrounded by a lot of trees, but 5-10 min of walking from several beaches and grocery stores. We didn't feel we had to walk a lot to get to the beach and so we visited most of them. You can ask Arti to help with anything or getting around and he will gladly help you. He can even take you to nearby places and can pick you up for free from Sarande port. He can even pick you up from Tirana aiport but we came with the ferry so we didn't need it. We stayed for 9 nights and on the last evening he gave us a couple of fresh fish and a bottle of white wine. We just grilled the fish on the stove and he said it's no problem as he will clean everything. He can speak English but he can speak German even better.
